The Door to Healthcare is a unique program that takes the guesswork out of finding the right healthcare for you and your family. We provide uninsured Howard County residents with the latest information about insurance and non-insurance options including Maryland Children’s Health Program (MCHP), Medical Assistance for Families, PAC and the Healthy Howard Health Plan. Together we’ll determine the program(s) you’re eligible for, explain their benefits, and help you apply online. Your questions are answered quickly and accurately by a bilingual staff who is ready to assist you by phone or in person, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
